Today, South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung Electronics made available for download the open source kernel for the Galaxy Note 8.0 (GT-N5110) tablet PC.
Running under Google’s Jelly Bean operating system, the slate will be made available for purchase with voice call capabilities, expanding its features beyond what tablets can offer at the moment.
