Nokia Amber Update to Deliver Bluetooth 4.0 to Lumia 720, 620, and 520 Jul 8th 2013, 15:31, by Softpedia News (Ionut Arghire) Finnish mobile phone maker Nokia is getting ready for the release of new software for the owners of Windows Phone 8-based Lumia devices, namely the Nokia Amber update, and some more info on what it will deliver as part of the refresh has emerged online.
