Windows Phone 8.1 (Build 8.10.12112.0) Emerges in App Logs Jul 6th 2013, 10:30, by Softpedia News (Ionut Arghire) Microsoft is moving closer to the launch of a new major update for the owners of Windows Phone 8 devices, and signs that the upcoming platform release is already being tested have started to emerge.
