Finnish mobile phone maker Nokia has finally completed the sale of its luxury brand Vertu to investment firm EQT VI, though it will retain a 10 percent minority stake in the company.
1,000 employees are expected to be transferred from Nokia to EQT VI as part of the transaction, and it seems that some other changes are also planned.
