Samsung’s Galaxy S III mini, unveiled earlier this week as the smaller flavor of Galaxy S III, will arrive on shelves with ST-Ericsson’s NovaThor chip inside, the company has officially confirmed.
Initially, Samsung said that the device was powered by a dual-core 1GHz processor, but did not mention what chip it was.
Today, however, ST-Ericsson announced that the smartphone is indeed powered by its NovaThor ModAp platform (U8500/U8520 family).
