Although most Android fans are waiting for T-Mobile to release the Samsung Galaxy Note II, the carrier announces the immediate availability of a low-end Android handset, the Huawei Summit.
Unfortunately, T-Mobile has yet to unveil the phone’s full specs sheet, so we can’t be certain which Android version the Summit runs.
