Windows Phone 8, the next flavor of Microsoft’s mobile operating system, is expected to become official on October 29th, with devices set to hit shelves only days after.
The Redmond-based software giant is also working on providing developers with new tools to ensure that applications are released for the new OS, and it seems that it might have managed to push these tools to a Release Candidate status.
