HTC and Apple announced yesterday they have signed a 10-year patent agreement, which was rather surprising if we take into consideration the number of disputes opened between the two companies.
Under agreement, all present lawsuits will be dismissed, so HTC and Apple will be able to focus on innovation, both companies claim.
Although the ten-year agreement covers current and future patents of both giants, the term of the agreement are still confidential.
