South Korean mobile phone maker LG Electronics appears set to bet big on smartphones packing 5-inch screens, as it believes that this will become the norm in the not too distant future.
Speaking with TrustedReviews, LG’s Product Marketing Manager Shaun Musgrave suggested that the industry will stop at the 5-inch mark, given the fact that larger screens will significantly hurt portability, which is, in fact, the main feature of smartphones.
