The official Vimeo application for Windows Phone 8 devices was pulled from Windows Phone Store a while ago, so users could only download the Windows Phone 7 version.
As WMPoweruser points out, Vimeo for Windows Phone 8 is now back on Microsoft’s application store, so users can start downloading it for free.
