Microsoft has recently announced that Windows Phone is now the second mobile platform in India, immediately after Android, which still dominates the market.
According to WMPoweruser, the announcement was made at the Teched conference in Pune, India, and is based on IDC Asia/Pacific Quarterly Mobile Phone Tracker data for Q4, 2012.
