Purchasing apps and games through the Windows Phone Store should become more appealing in Russia before the end of this year, as Microsoft is reportedly gearing up for the launch of carrier billing for the service in this country.
The feature will be available in June or July for the subscribers of wireless carrier Beeline, a subsidiary of VimpelCom, WP7Forum notes. Android users in the country are already enjoying the feature, WMPoweruser reports.
