Nokia has long said that it wanted to push the Windows Phone 8 operating system to lower price tags in order to gain some more market share, and the Lumia 520 smartphone that was made official at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona yesterday was one new step it took in this direction.
The new device was designed specifically for budget-conscious users, but it does pack features that bring it in line with higher-rated smartphones.
