Mobile phone carrier Verizon Wireless started selling two new Motorola smartphones earlier this week, namely the DROID ULTRA and DROID MAXX, and it seems that those who purchased these devices are in for a small surprise when turning the handsets on.
Shortly after the first boot, these devices prompt users to download and install a new system update, which brings the software loaded on them up for version 12.7.7, Droid-life reports.
