Samsung Launches Galaxy S4 mini in South Korea Aug 28th 2013, 10:26, by Softpedia News (Ionut Arghire) South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung Electronics has officially launched a new smartphone on its homeland market, namely the Galaxy S4 mini.
