HTC 8X Receiving Windows Phone 8 GDR3 Update in Germany Oct 29th 2013, 09:36, by Softpedia News (Cosmin Vasile) Good news for HTC 8X owners in Germany, as Microsoft and HTC have just started the rollout of the highly anticipated Windows Phone 8 GDR3 update. According to WMPoweruser, the update is now available for non-developer HTC 8X units in Germany, so basically everyone that owns an HTC 8X device is eligible for this upgrade.
