Sprint is about to debut another budget-friendly Android smartphone, the Kyocera Torque. The handset has been recently spotted at Federal Communications Commission (FCC), which means it will probably go on sale in the coming weeks.

Kyocera Torque, also known as E6710, is a rugged smartphone powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system out of the box.
