Last month, the first bits of the long expected Windows Phone 8 Portico update for Nokia’s Lumia devices have started to emerge in NaviFirm, and many users rushed to grab and install them on their phones.
Nokia has blocked access to these ROMs soon after, but it seems that users can now access them once again.
