On Wednesday, South Korean mobile phone maker LG Electronics has officially launched the Optimus G smartphone in India, with a price tag of INR 34,500 ($640 / €490).
As AndroidOS notes, the formal announcement comes only days after the handset went up for purchase in the country via a third-party retailer, with a slightly lower price tag attached to it, namely INR 30,990 ($571 / €433).
