T-Mobile's Lumia 710 Won't Receive Windows Phone 7.8 Feb 2nd 2013, 12:21 A few days ago, Microsoft announced the official availability of the Windows Phone 7.8 OS upgrade to devices powered by Windows Phone 7.5, but it seems that some handsets will be left out of the update process.
