Finnish mobile phone maker Nokia has unveiled to the world its cheapest Windows Phone 8-based smartphone this week at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, and it seems that it has already received approvals for the launch of the device in China.
The phone was spotted at the Chinese telecoms authority with GSM/WCDMA connectivity packed inside, which suggests that it might land on the market unlocked.
