We reported a few days ago Verizon Wireless confirmed a software update will soon arrive for Samsung Galaxy Nexus.
It appears that this is indeed the hotly-anticipated Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update, which was already pushed to most Nexus devices for quite some time now.
Droid-Life reports some testers reported Verizon has already started the rollout of the update, but this is not be the final version of the update as the carrier has to test it first.
