Galaxy Tab 3 8.0, one of the latest tablet PCs that South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung has included in its popular Galaxy Tab series, has received approvals from the FCC earlier this week, though with support for LTE networks outside the US.

As Engadget notes, although the device packs support for AT&T’s HSPA network, it was not optimized for use in the United States, and the LTE connectivity packed inside it is meant for South Korea.
