Starting today, MetroPCS customers will be able to purchase the first Windows Phone 8 device on the network of their wireless carrier, in the form of Nokia Lumia 521, the operator has officially confirmed.
The smartphone, already available at T-Mobile in the United States, is the cheapest Windows Phone 8 in Nokia’s lineup, and will be put up for sale at MetroPCS at only $99 (€76) contract-free, the carrier announced on Facebook.
