Android 4.3 for AT&T's HTC One Gets Certified, Will Arrive Next Week Oct 5th 2013, 06:37, by Softpedia News (Ionut Arghire) HTC is moving closer to the release of the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system for the owners of HTC One smartphones on AT&T’s network in the United States, and it has already received certification for it.
