Android 4.3 Update Now Rolling Out to International HTC One Oct 24th 2013, 09:56, by Softpedia News (Cosmin Vasile) HTC UK confirmed several days ago that it wouldn’t start rolling out the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean for HTC One anytime soon, but those who own the smartphone will be pleased to know that the update is now available for download. The US version of HTC One received the Android 4.3 upgrade a few weeks ago, but the update did not contain the HTC Sense 5.5 UI.
