Owners of an HTC One smartphone on the network of wireless carrier T-Mobile will receive the Android 4.3 update for their devices only on Monday, HTC has officially confirmed.
The software release was confirmed several days ago to arrive this week, but it seems that HTC has encountered some troubles with it, and decided to delay its release a bit.
