Android 4.3 Final Build for Samsung Galaxy S4 (GT-I9500) Leaks Oct 17th 2013, 22:46, by Softpedia News (Cosmin Vasile) Samsung kicked off the rollout of Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for Galaxy S4 yesterday, but only the LTE version (GT-I9505) is eligible for the upgrade.
