HTC One to Receive Android 4.3 at AT&T and T-Mobile by Mid-October Oct 3rd 2013, 10:46, by Softpedia News (Ionut Arghire) Yesterday, Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC Corporation started to deliver the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system update for its HTC One smartphones at carriers in the United States. HTC One devices on Sprint are already receiving the update, but it won’t be long before those on AT&T and T-Mobile get a taste of it as well.
