HTC One's Camera Issue Got Worse After the Android 4.3 Upgrade Oct 1st 2013, 09:25, by Softpedia News (Ionut Arghire) Over the past few weeks, HTC’s latest flagship Android-based smartphone, the HTC One, has started to receive an upgrade to Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, which appears to be causing issues with the camera for some users.
