Telstra and ZTE Team Up to Offer the T83 Dave 4G Rugged Smartphone Oct 2nd 2013, 22:31, by Softpedia News (Cosmin Vasile) Australian carrier Telstra and Chinese handset maker ZTE teamed up to launch a new Android smartphone aimed at customers who need durable devices. The ZTE T83 Dave 4G will soon be available for purchase at Telstra for a price that will be disclosed closer to launch.
