Samsung Galaxy S4 owners who purchase their devices through US Cellular will be pleased to know that they will soon receive the long-awaited Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update.
The folks over at AndroidPolice have managed to get their hands on a US Cellular internal memo that confirmed that the carrier would start the rollout of the upgrade on November 8.
