Furthermore, GSMArena reports that the phone has just received certification in China and is likely to go official in the next couple of weeks.
According to the latest rumors, HTC One mini will be launched with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box and a decent enough 1.4 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor.<... (read more)
