Xperia Z Ultra, the largest smartphone that Sony Mobile has launched in its popular Xperia lineup until now, might arrive on shelves at AT&T in the not too distant future, the latest reports on the matter suggest.
Apparently, the device has already received the necessary FCC approvals with support for AT&T’s LTE network packed inside, as well as with compatibility with the wireless carrier’s HSPA+ network.
