As expected, Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean update has just arrived for US Cellular Galaxy S III. We reported a few days ago Samsung and US Cellular plan to offer the upgrade starting December 21.
The carrier has just updated its software update page to reflect the changes, check it out here. Keep in mind that Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean upgrade can be downloaded and installed OTA (over the air), as well as via Samsung Kies desktop software.
