The third company to launch a Windows Phone 8 device this year, Samsung confirmed several weeks ago that it would bring the Ativ S in Canada in November.

However, the guys over at MobileSyrup have been able to confirm with Samsung Canada that the Ativ S won’t be arriving in the country this month.
