Android 4.3 Update for HTC One Arrives at T-Mobile USA Oct 21st 2013, 22:31, by Softpedia News (Cosmin Vasile) As expected, T-Mobile and HTC have just announced the long-awaited Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update for HTC One is now available for download. Although it was initially slated for release last week, HTC encountered some issues and had to delay the deployment of the update for a few days.
