The firmware is rolled out OTA (over-the-air) in waves, so it will take it some time to reach all devices in the United States. The new software update 3.07.1700.1 has been recently spotted by XDA Developers forum member makcode, who got it on his HTC One smartphone fully converted to Google Play Edition model.
