Samsung Starts Testing Android 4.3 Update for Galaxy Note II – Report (Updated) Sep 25th 2013, 12:42, by Softpedia News (Cosmin Vasile) Samsung confirmed several weeks ago that it would bring Android 4.3 Jelly Bean on some of its most popular smartphones, including Galaxy S III, Galaxy S4 and Galaxy Note II.
