Nokia 515 Arrives in Finland, Priced at €129 ($174) Sep 27th 2013, 17:21, by Softpedia News (Ionut Arghire) Today, Nokia made available for purchase in its homeland market another one of its latest devices, namely the Nokia 515. The mobile phone was made official only about a month ago as a high-end feature phone, and sports a price tag of €129 at retailers in Finland.
