Source Code for HTC One Developer Edition's Android 4.3 Update Now Available Sep 27th 2013, 07:06, by Softpedia News (Ionut Arghire) Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC Corporation has made available for download the source code for the 3.22.1540.1 update that started to arrive on HTC One Developer Edition units a few days ago. Based on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, the firmware was meant to provide users with a new experience while on the go, courtesy of both a new platform version and of enhancements to the Sense UI.
