Samsung Canada Confirms Android 4.3 for Galaxy Note II, Galaxy S3 and S4 Arrives in November Sep 27th 2013, 14:01, by Softpedia News (Cosmin Vasile) Samsung announced earlier this month at IFA 2013 trade fair that it would deliver the long-awaited Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update to some of its high-end smartphones beginning October.
