HTC One Developer Edition to Taste Android 4.3 This Week Sep 24th 2013, 06:21, by Softpedia News (Ionut Arghire) Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC Corporation has officially confirmed plans to make the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system available for its HTC One Developer Edition users before the end of this week. Jason Mackenzie, president of HTC America, confirmed on his Twitter account that the update would be arriving soon on said devices.
