T-Mobile Kicks Off Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Pre-Orders on September 18 Sep 16th 2013, 13:59, by Softpedia News (Cosmin Vasile) Major carrier T-Mobile USA has just announced that it will start taking pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 phablet beginning September 18. The smartphone will be available for pre-order for $200 (€150) down with 24 equal monthly device payments of $21 (€16) with T-Mobile’s Simple Choice Plan.
