Android 4.3 for US Carrier-Branded HTC One Arrives in October Sep 28th 2013, 11:21, by Softpedia News (Ionut Arghire) This week, Taiwanese mobile phone maker HTC Corporation started to deliver the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system to the owners of HTC One Developer Edition in the US, and plans on pushing it to more models soon.
