Windows Phone's Cortana to Be Always-On, Will Support Voice Unlock Sep 25th 2013, 07:39, by Softpedia News (Ionut Arghire) Microsoft is reportedly preparing the inclusion of some appealing new features inside its Windows Phone 8 platform in the not too distant future, especially after the Cortana personal assistant becomes available. The feature, supposedly similar to what Google Now and Siri have to offer at the moment, is now said to be always-on.
