Samsung to Bring Android 4.3 to Galaxy S4, S III, and Note II Starting with October Sep 25th 2013, 13:19, by Softpedia News (Ionut Arghire) Samsung is one of the first mobile phone makers out there to have launched a smartphone with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean on top, and it will bring the newer platform release to more handsets starting with the next month, it seems. According to a recent report from SamMobile, Samsung will make Android 4.3 available for Galaxy S4 starting with October.
