BlackBerry to Bring BBM to Windows Phone Too Sep 30th 2013, 06:07, by Softpedia News (Ionut Arghire) Canadian mobile phone maker BlackBerry appears determined to make its BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) available for more mobile phone users out there, including those with Windows Phone devices in their hands.
