Confirmed: Samsung Galaxy S III and Galaxy S4 Getting Android 4.3 in October Sep 5th 2013, 08:17, by Softpedia News (Cosmin Vasile) Although most Galaxy Note II users are still stuck on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean, Samsung has announced that only Galaxy S III and Galaxy S4 smartphones will receive the newest Android 4.3 version of the operating system. According to Engadget, Samsung plans to start rolling out Android 4.3 Jelly Bean to Galaxy S III and Galaxy S4 models in October.
