HTC One Confirmed to Receive Android 4.3 Update in September Sep 9th 2013, 07:26, by Softpedia News (Cosmin Vasile) Samsung announced last week that Android 4.3 would be launched on both Galaxy S4 and Galaxy S III next month, but HTC confirmed it would bring the update on its One smartphone much faster.
